STANDARDS &
INSURANCE
WE'RE COVERED UP TO £100,000.00 WITH OUR GOODS IN TRANSIT INSURANCE FOR YOUR PIECE OF MIND.
OUR STANDARDS
It is our mission to provide the very best service for our customers; not only at the roadside with our trained technicians and delivery drivers, but also at our Head Office with our trained customer service staff in our control room.

We pride ourselves on being a company run by bikers, for bikers. All of our roadside staff are trained to handle all ranges of motorcycles, scooters and mopeds so our customers can rest easy knowing their pride and joy is being cared for. On top of this, all of our employees, Roadside and Office Staff alike, are trained to give our customers the best and most professional service possible.
OUR INSURANCE
Although our vans are perfectly designed for the safe transportation of motorcycles, and the fact our drivers and technicians are trained and experienced in handling motorcycles, accidents do happen.

For your piece of mind, our good in transit and motor insurance covers us up to £100,000, so even if the worst case scenario comes around, not only are we protected, but so are you.

We are insured with Allianz, one of the top insurers in Europe, who handle our (very few) claims, providing an excellent service.
We don't expect you to just take our word for it... we also have proof of our quality and standards:

ISO9001 is an internationally recognised standard of quality management and procedures, which can apply to any type of company – manufacturing, service, transport, public or private. Having this ISO accreditation means that we have a written Quality Manual containing written policies and procedures in order to control and maintain our quality standards.
This also means that we monitor our performance, record the results, and continuously try to adapt and improve. In line with our quality management, we also have a set policy and procedure to deal with complaints (you can view this policy here).
PAS43 is an accreditation designed for the Recovery Industry by SURVIVE, facilitated by BSI Standards Limited, with the aim of improving the safety of road recovery operators’ employees and customers in breakdown, recovery and removal situations. This accreditation sets out the standards required for all aspects of the recovery business from vehicle requirements to training needs.
Both of these accreditations are reviewed annually ensuring that we are vigilant in making sure we offer the best quality of service for our customers as possible.
